Marcell began his career at the Hungarian Government’s sole investment promotion agency (HIPA) in 2012, where he led the Incentives Department and supported major multinational investments (such as Audi, Mercedes, Samsung SDI) and the development of the Hungarian VIP Cash subsidy incentive schemes. After working as a financial advisor at Noerr LLP with clients like Mercedes and ThyssenKrupp, he co-founded his own advisory firm before joining BDO FDI Advisory in 2023 as a co-founding partner. Today, within the global BDO network, he focuses on foreign direct investment and state aid advisory.
